C-STS Delivers Advanced Acquisition Systems to QinetiQ

In August 2026, Celestia STS (C-STS) delivered two specially designed acquisition systems to QinetiQ Ltd. to support test, trials, training and evaluation services for the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) under the Long Term Partnering Agreement (LTPA).
The LTPA is a 25-year contract between QinetiQ and the MoD to provide critical skills and facilities for generating and assuring national defence capabilities. While QinetiQ is a world leader in Test & Evaluation services for advanced defence capabilities, C-STS specializes in satellite simulation, testing, communication, and data processing. By combining their extensive track record in satellite testing and operations with QinetiQ’s expertise, C-STS successfully specified, developed and manufactured the required solution.
The two systems are based on the Multi-Purpose Interface Platform (MPIP), a modular, scalable electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) designed to help spacecraft equipment builders and integrators test and simulate electrical and data interfaces quickly, flexibly, and cost-effectively.
