Optimized for Innovation and Production
The relocation is driven by a need for increased capacity and specialized infrastructure. The new facility boasts a significant footprint expansion, growing from 700 to 1,100 square meters. This additional space has been specifically designed to optimize MAIT (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test) processes. By streamlining these workflows, Celestia STS is better positioned to meet the increasing demands of the global space industry and deliver highly reliable systems with greater efficiency.
“We have wonderful memories of our 15 years in Noordwijk at the heart of the Space Business Park,” Dougie Johnman, COO of Celestia STS stated. “However, this move to Leiden represents our commitment to scaling our operations and enhancing our technical capabilities to better serve our customers.”
The transition to the Mendelweg facility is effective coming January 1st as Celestia STS continues to play a pivotal role as a centre of excellence for Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), TT&C solutions, and Optical Modems.
During the transition, there may be some limited disruption & delays in responding to mails, etc. We appreciate your understanding
